6. Cancellation of orders

7.4. The User must, within 15 (fifteen) days from the date

7.9. The cost of shipping costs will be reimbursed to the User,

8. Production defect

8.1. In the event of a “production defect”, that is, when they are detected
defects or characteristics in the ordered products that make it impossible to use

9. Deliveries

As a rule, orders are processed on the business day following the
payment confirmation.

Delivery is made from Monday to Friday – except on public holidays
local or national – and it is not possible to make an appointment for delivery.

Whenever the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or
incomplete, you may have to resort to returning it to Light It Be, resulting in
additional costs to the customer.

In situations where orders are not delivered to the customer due to responsibility

10. Payments
