How long does it take to deliver my order? And what are the costs?
Light It Be understands the desire and urgency of receiving as soon as possible a product that is purchased online, even more so in the case of a lamp. Because we don't want you to be deprived of 'light', we are committed to a fast and efficient delivery, within 48 hours after order processing, in mainland Portugal. As a rule, orders are processed on the business day following the day of payment confirmation.
We use a network of specialized partners that guarantee the safety of shipments and the speed of deliveries.
Delivery is made from Monday to Friday - except on local or national holidays - and it is not possible to schedule a time for delivery. The customer must provide an address where he will be present between 9 am and 18 pm, to ensure an efficient delivery.

Is it normal not to have received a confirmation email after placing my order?
Light It Be sends a confirmation email, immediately after the completion of each order. Make sure it hasn't gone to your mailbox. spam. What happens if I am not at home to receive the order?
There is no problem. The ideal would be, whenever possible, to request that the delivery be made to a work address, or another, where someone is more likely to be able to receive the order. If this is not possible, there are the following solutions:

How should I proceed in the event of a return?
If you are not completely satisfied with the Light It Be product you have purchased, you have a period of 14 days, counting from the day you acquire physical possession of the good, to return it, provided that the products to be returned have not been damaged by way of use and handling. The lamp must be in perfect condition, without any scratches, dents or damaged components.
To exercise this right, you must communicate your intention and reason by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order data and your personal data.
The cost of the return is borne by Light It Be, whenever it is your first order and if the collection address is in mainland Portugal.
The packaging must be returned complete, as it was delivered and accompanied by all the documentation received, namely the following documents: sales invoice and the document proving receipt of the product. The packaging and documents indicated must be delivered to the following address:

I would like to change my Light It Be lamp. Do you accept exchanges? How should I proceed?
Yes, we accept exchanges. Exchanges are possible, as long as they are made within 14 days of receiving the order, and the returned product is in perfect condition, without any risk, dent or damaged components.
If you want to exchange one or more products received, you must follow the same procedure as the Return
When you choose to exchange your item(s), you are given a Gift Card with a value corresponding to the product(s) you wish to exchange. You will receive this information, as well as the Gift Card by email, as soon as the product(s) to be returned are received. From that moment on, you can place a new order on our website and use the Gift Card as a payment method.
How do I cancel my order?
If the order has not yet been processed for shipping, we will try to cancel it as soon as possible so that it does not leave our workshop. Send us an email to email@example.com, with the order number and indicate that you want to cancel it. If it has already been dispatched, it can also be cancelled, but the logistical costs will be deducted from the refund.
